Our retreats are dynamic and interactive, and are presented in varying lengths and content according to each group's specific needs. They include talks on various themes, personal sharings of how God has worked in our lives, prayer, music, drama, games, discussion groups, and other activities. Our aim is to support and add energy to the work already underway in the parishes and schools we serve.
Each years our team gives an average of 180 retreats to more than 9000 people all across Scotland and the rest of the UK.

Highschool students are our target age group. We offer them materials on a variety of subjects, depending on the age and maturity of each group. Question & Answer sessions allow us to address the questions most pressing to the students, and to adjust the material presented to them accordingly. Themes include:

We offer sessions tailored to each age group (P1-3, P4-5, P6-7) on the love of God, why Jesus came, and forgiveness. These
sessions are high-energy, leading into a quiet prayer time and allowing for questions to be asked and addressed.

Games, drama, worksheets and activities help to make this an enjoyable day to excite children who are to be confirmed. All tailored to the childrens' age group.
